Select your structural concrete element and pour load to automatically determine the optimal SerPlywood panel thickness (15/18/21mm), maximum H20 timber girder spacing (L/500 deflection limit), and required pallet quantities.
Define formwork contact area and cutting waste allowance to calculate required panel count.
| Series | Weight | H20 Span | Max Load | Pallet |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 15 mm PP | 28 kg | 20 – 25 cm | 50 kN/m² | 50 pcs (156,25 m²) |
| 18 mm PP ★ | 32 kg | 25 – 30 cm | 60 kN/m² | 40 pcs (125,00 m²) |
| 21 mm PP | 41 kg | 30 – 35 cm | 75 kN/m² | 30 pcs (93,75 m²) |
In addition to standard 125×250cm panels, our 62.5cm narrow filler panels and custom-length extrusion (e.g. 280cm, 300cm) minimize jobsite cutting waste down to 2%.
Common questions regarding board selection, reuse cycles, technical parameters, and global delivery.
They describe the internal cross-sectional geometry of the board. Honeycomb and cellular structures provide lightweight handling, while solid core boards offer different deflection and impact dynamics.
Thickness alone does not determine full suitability. Polymer structure, fresh concrete hydrostatic pressure, support joist spacing, and framing connections must be evaluated within a proper formwork design.
Thermopolymers expand in heat and gain rigidity in severe cold. Therefore, an expansion joint gap (1.5 – 2 mm) recommended by the manufacturer should be maintained at board joints.
Pricing is determined by thickness (15, 18, 21 mm), cellular honeycomb engineering, order volume (sheets, pallets, full container/truckload), and delivery terms (jobsite, warehouse, or seaport).
In-stock domestic orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Custom dimension orders or ocean freight container shipments are prepared within a 7–15 business day lead time.
